The client
Established on 22 February 1949, the cooperative is a comprehensive cooperative economic organisation serving agriculture. It is supervised by Beijing’s state-owned assets authority and receives sectoral guidance from the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. Its functions include guiding Beijing’s supply and marketing cooperative system and exercising ownership responsibilities over assets held at its own level.
