A major provincial state-owned mining enterprise engaged Li Shu’s team to develop a compliance framework and strengthen operational risk management. The work covered mineral resources development, investment and financing, and intellectual property.
According to YunTing’s account, the project lasted approximately eighteen months. Drawing on compliance management requirements relevant to centrally administered enterprises and the ISO 37301 framework, the team undertook risk identification, process improvement and policy development, producing risk, process-control and role-responsibility checklists.
The project addressed mining rights acquisition, production safety, environmental protection, investment and financing, and intellectual property management. It was accepted by the client upon completion.
