On October 20, 2023, more than 40 partners attended YunTing Law Firm’s meeting to establish its second-term practice committees and departments. Fifteen departments were formed, and appointment letters were presented to their heads.

The departments covered compliance, enforcement and distressed assets, construction, investment and M&A, bankruptcy and restructuring, intellectual property, criminal law, capital markets, finance, international work, employment, family law and wealth management, corporate law, dispute resolution and public-interest legal services.
