YunTing reported on December 14, 2023 that Li Shu had delivered training for ENN Group on construction compliance, legal risk prevention and confidential administrative work. Legal and confidential administration personnel from group companies attended.
The construction course addressed tendering, contracts, surveying and design, subcontracting, claims, procurement, settlement, safety, environmental matters and supervision. It examined lifecycle risk management from the perspectives of owners, contractors, subcontractors and designers.
The administrative course focused on corporate seals and archives, using examples to discuss risks in seal use, record custody and internal procedures. The training drew on Li Shu’s experience serving construction-related enterprises and addressed practical operating scenarios.
