On November 29, 2023, Li Shu delivered training on construction compliance and legal risk prevention for the North China region of China Resources Power Investment Co., Ltd. Nearly 100 personnel from construction, development, finance, legal and related functions joined online and in person.
The course covered the construction lifecycle, including tendering, contracting, surveying and design, subcontracting, materials and claims, procurement and settlement, safety, environmental matters and supervision. It considered the duties and risks of different project participants.
