On November 20, 2023, YunTing Law Firm’s newly constituted compliance practice committee held its first meeting. Li Shu attended and shared his expectations for the development of the compliance team.
Participants discussed the committee’s organization, work plan and service capabilities. Committee members contributed perspectives from their practice experience and considered the allocation of specific responsibilities.
The meeting identified several priorities: updating the firm’s corporate compliance practice guidelines, establishing regular training and developing a compliance publishing program. Numerical training and publishing targets mentioned at the meeting were plans proposed at that time.
