YunTing reported on November 14, 2023 that Li Shu had delivered training on state-owned enterprise compliance and legal risk management for Jiangxi Copper Group’s industry–finance company. Personnel responsible for legal affairs, risk control and compliance attended.
The course addressed compliance requirements, common problems and responses to risk. Case discussions covered the articles of association, board operations, management authority and external business activities.
Li Shu also discussed internal authorization, custody and use of seals, contract management, investment and financing, helping participants connect governance requirements with day-to-day operations.
