YunTing reported on September 26, 2023 that Li Shu had delivered a series of training sessions for the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Lawyers Association on preservation, enforcement and corporate restructuring from a creditor’s perspective. More than 200 lawyers and legal personnel from asset managers and banks attended in person.
The preservation and enforcement course covered practice scenarios and knowledge structures, preservation procedures, tax issues in asset disposal and the design of enforcement plans.
The restructuring course considered commencement, drafting, voting on and approval of plans, and implementation. Case discussions addressed the risks encountered by creditors and possible responses.
