On November 8, 2022, Li Shu delivered training on construction project compliance for China Railway 16th Bureau Group. More than 100 leaders, legal and compliance staff and project management personnel from the group and its companies attended online.
The course examined more than 150 risk points and practical considerations across tendering, consortium arrangements, contracts, surveying and design, subcontracting, construction, procurement, settlement, supervision and safety management.
Using construction disputes and practical examples, Li Shu discussed how enterprises can translate compliance requirements into project procedures.
