On October 26, 2022, Li Shu provided construction project compliance training for China Coal Technology and Engineering Group. Hundreds of leaders and legal, compliance and project management personnel from the group and its companies participated online across the program.
The course covered more than 150 risk points and operational guidelines throughout the project lifecycle, including tendering, consortia, contracting, surveying and design, subcontracting, construction procurement, settlement, supervision and safety management.
Practical project experience and construction dispute examples were used to help participants identify risks at each stage and understand the corresponding compliance requirements.
