On October 27, 2022, Li Shu delivered training on practical difficulties in enforcing construction-related claims for China National Chemical Engineering Group. More than 100 leaders and legal and compliance personnel from the group and its companies attended online.
The course considered preservation and enforcement from the perspectives of construction companies, general contractors, project owners, actual constructors and priority claimants.
Li Shu used case examples to discuss enforcement objections, reconsideration, supervision and related objection litigation. He also introduced professional research and publications in construction and enforcement practice.
