On September 21, 2022, Li Shu delivered training on asset preservation and compulsory enforcement for China Minsheng Bank’s Beijing branch. Dozens of legal, compliance and business personnel attended online and in person.
Drawing on experience with financial institutions’ claims, the course examined developments in preservation and enforcement rules, judicial policy and practice, together with recurring difficulties in protecting and recovering financial debts.
Li Shu discussed enforcement objections, reconsideration, supervision and related litigation, and answered participants’ questions using practical case experience.
