On March 4, 2022, Li Shu delivered training on identifying and preventing legal risks in corporate seal management for Lianyungang Port Holding Group. More than 110 group leaders, department heads and other personnel attended.
The course used case examples to examine common seal-related disputes and judicial reasoning and discussed how enterprises can identify risks associated with seal use.
Li Shu addressed classification, creation, custody, use and recovery of seals, linking management policies with operating procedures to support a structured system of controls.
