On September 9, 2021, Li Shu delivered training for ENN Group on legal risks and dispute handling in corporate seal management. Legal, general administration and confidential administration personnel attended.
The course considered recurring management problems, judicial approaches in seal-related disputes and the design of control systems for large enterprises. It addressed risks in light of different business activities and management needs.
Li Shu explained the connection between policies, procedures and risk controls and discussed practical operating questions with participants during the question-and-answer session.
