On August 18, 2021, Li Shu delivered YunTing’s 100th lecture on professional skills and practice standards, discussing experience and methods in handling enforcement matters.
The course introduced the preservation and enforcement framework, including the scope and release of preservation measures, addition of parties, objections and remedies. Li Shu grouped the work into traditional enforcement and asset disposal, enforcement review, enforcement litigation and other areas such as coordination with bankruptcy and remedies for erroneous enforcement.
He emphasized specialist knowledge and procedural preparation. Using policy developments and case examples, he discussed the use of legal rules, precedents and policy materials in communication and case progression. The lecture was open to YunTing lawyers, assistants and colleagues from other firms.
