Event
On 31 July 2021, YunTing Law Firm held the fourth session of its programme for empowering in-house legal teams, focusing on enforcement and recovery of distressed corporate claims. The event combined online and in-person participation, with more than forty guests attending on site from legal, internal control, compliance, investment and finance functions, as well as judges and lawyers.
Discussion
Li Shu participated in the presentations. Speakers drew on litigation, enforcement and in-house management experience to discuss asset preservation, enforcement measures and communication, arbitration of financial loan disputes, and receivables risk management before, during and after transactions.
Practical focus
The discussion linked debt recovery to everyday risk management, using corporate cash flow and receivables as its starting point. It addressed management methods, legal measures and coordination in enforcement. Several speakers contributed to the event; this account focuses on the discussion in which Li Shu participated.
