On June 4 and June 18, 2021, Li Shu delivered training for China Coal Technology and Engineering Group on the Civil Code, corporate compliance, litigation risk and commercial factoring. Relevant managers from the headquarters and affiliated institutions attended online.
The Civil Code course examined the effects of legal changes on operations, legal management and litigation risk, drawing on experience in corporate legal functions.
The factoring course reviewed developments in industry regulation and considered the Civil Code’s factoring provisions and regulatory requirements applicable at the time. It addressed legal issues and risk responses in supply-chain factoring businesses connected with centrally administered enterprises.
