On August 11, 2020, Li Shu delivered training on legal controls for business risks at Beijing Join-Cheer Software Co., Ltd. Nearly 100 directors, supervisors, managers, business heads and finance and legal personnel attended.
Against the background of preparation for the Civil Code, the course considered risks relevant to a software business, including contract negotiation, investment and financing, seal management, trade secrets and personal information protection.
