On July 3, 2019, YunTing held the 42nd lecture in its series on professional skills and practice standards in Beijing. The topic was approaches and methods for researching practical legal cases.
Li Yuanyuan delivered the lecture, sharing case research methods developed through matters handled by the team in which Li Shu worked. The discussion covered the purpose of research, key factors to examine, research methods, presentation of findings and the interaction between legal theory and practice.
The lecture was open to YunTing lawyers, assistants and colleagues from other firms. It provided an opportunity to exchange practical experience and improve case research.
