From 29 to 31 May 2024, Li Shu delivered a three-day training program on the new Company Law for Xinjiang Geological and Mineral Investment Group. More than 100 directors, supervisors and managers from the group and its subsidiaries participated online and in person.
The program comprised six modules: corporate governance structures; directors’ duties and powers and the operation of boards; rules for state-invested companies under the new law; transactions involving state-owned assets; procurement by state-owned enterprises; and contract execution, review and management.
Li Shu addressed practical questions arising in corporate governance and business operations, explaining the relevant framework and risks. The program helped participants understand how the legislative changes affect their responsibilities and the management of their enterprises.
