Li Shu was invited to deliver training on contractual legal risks for Xinjiang Zhongtai Gaotie Corporation. The session addressed the role of contracts in business operations, methods of contract review, relevant changes introduced by the Civil Code and the prevention of contractual risks in state-owned enterprises. Practical business scenarios illustrated key management issues.
Li Shu focused on risks involving actions beyond authority, internal authorization, corporate seals and investment and financing transactions. The training aimed to strengthen participants’ ability to identify risks during contract review and performance management.
