On 31 July 2024, Li Shu, acting as legal adviser to Xinjiang Zhongtai Group, delivered training on corporate contract practice and risk prevention. Nearly 500 managers and business personnel from the group’s departments and subsidiaries participated online and in person.
The program addressed the role of contracts within an enterprise, practical review techniques, relevant provisions of the Civil Code’s Contract Book and the judicial interpretation of its General Provisions. It also considered risk prevention strategies in the management of state-owned enterprises.
Through representative cases, Li Shu examined key stages of contract management and common legal risks. The training helped participants connect contract management with internal controls and their everyday business responsibilities.
