On 24 September 2024, Li Shu provided training on common corporate litigation risks and response strategies for China Coal Technology and Engineering Group. More than 60 heads of department and other personnel working in auditing, legal affairs and compliance attended.
Focusing on legal issues and litigation risks frequently encountered by large state-owned enterprises, the session used representative cases to examine corporate governance, major decisions, contract execution, investment and financing, corporate seals, external guarantees and litigation management.
Drawing on his case experience, Li Shu discussed how to identify and respond to risks in corporate decision-making, management and operations. The program supported participants in strengthening routine risk controls and their approach to handling disputes.
