Li Shu delivered training focused on engineering, procurement and construction contracts at CCTEG Beijing Huayu Engineering’s EPC project management and experience-sharing meeting. More than 70 company leaders, engineering personnel, project managers and other participants attended online and in person. YunTing reported the event on 24 January 2025.
Using cases, the session addressed contract review techniques, execution and performance rules, and compliance management for EPC contracts. Particular attention was given to back-to-back clauses and issues arising during bidding, contract signing and final account settlement.
Li Shu also discussed risk prevention in contract management at state-owned enterprises, offering practical reference points for managing projects throughout their lifecycle and coordinating business and legal work.
