On April 10, 2025, YunTing Law Firm hosted a Beijing seminar on coordinating legal, financial and tax work in private fund exits, with support from the Beijing fund industry association. More than 50 professionals from financial institutions, fund managers, law firms and tax organizations participated online and in person.
In his opening remarks, Li Shu highlighted the overlapping legal, financial and tax issues that arise during private fund exits. He called for cooperation across disciplines to develop workable approaches.
Participants discussed difficult commercial issues arising from exits, legal compliance, financial treatment and tax matters. The approximately five-hour program provided a forum for professional exchange and collaboration.
