On 22 December 2023, Li Shu delivered training on tendering and procurement compliance guidance for China Coal Technology and Engineering Group. More than 100 personnel responsible for legal affairs, compliance, risk management, procurement and auditing across the group and its subsidiaries attended online and in person.
In the context of implementing the compliance management measures for central state-owned enterprises, the session introduced a set of procurement compliance guidance documents. It considered legislation, judicial interpretations and internal purchasing policies alongside judicial and administrative penalty cases.
Li Shu explained 47 categories of risky conduct addressed in the guidance handbook and 100 practical questions covered by the accompanying materials. The handbook and question-and-answer documents were provided as references for improving procurement compliance management.
