On December 23, 2023, YunTing hosted the fifth Qingyun Program session in Beijing, focusing on building a professional reputation to develop client opportunities. More than 30 young lawyers from several firms attended.
Li Shu spoke about client development for young lawyers. He discussed common sources of work, opportunities in different regional markets, competitive bidding and the role of professional publications and presentations.
He introduced training and exchange programs for young lawyers, partners and in-house counsel, emphasizing practical experience, continual adjustment and the development of an approach suited to each lawyer. He also discussed participants’ professional development questions after the presentations.
