According to YunTing Law Firm’s announcement dated 20 July 2026, Law News Agency (律新社) released its Boutique Legal Services Brand Guide 2026. Li Shu, founding partner of Beijing YunTing Law Firm, was named a “Brand Star: Accomplished Lawyer.” The firm was also recognised among influential law firms in intellectual property.
About the selection
The announcement states that the research covered nine practice areas: family law, employment, dispute resolution, intellectual property, insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, energy and natural resources, and international trade. More than 2,000 submissions from firms and lawyers across China were assessed for the guide.
Li Shu’s practice
Li Shu is a founding partner of Beijing YunTing Law Firm. He advises major corporate groups, financial institutions and entrepreneurs on corporate control and shareholder disputes, commercial dispute resolution, enforcement and insolvency, financial asset disposals, construction, mineral resources and the protection of entrepreneurs’ property rights.
