Li Shu Provides Contract Practice and Risk Prevention Training for Xinjiang Zhongtai Group
On 31 July 2024, Li Shu, acting as legal adviser to Xinjiang Zhongtai Group, delivered training on corporate contract practice and risk prevention. Nearly 500 managers and business personnel from the group’s departments and subsidiaries participated online and in person.

The second edition revises its treatment of cases and judicial rules in light of the 2023 revision of China’s Company Law, including changes concerning corporate capital and governance. It analyses selected cases from the Supreme People’s Court and provincial-level high courts, examining principal issues and comparing approaches in similar disputes.

Li Shu Elected to Intellectual Property and Technology Finance Professional Committee
YunTing Law Firm reported on July 19, 2024 that the inaugural meeting of the Intellectual Property and Technology Finance Professional Committee of the China Intellectual Property Society, together with a seminar on intellectual property and new productive forces, had taken place in Beijing.
